Kuba Jewgieniew

Kuba Jewgieniew is the CEO And Founder of Realty ONE Group, one of the fastest growing franchisors in the industry.

The product of Polish-born parents who raised him to be curious, driven and passionate, Kuba wasn’t satisfied with a lucrative career as a financial planner and portfolio manager or as a successful real estate agent, closing $30 million in sales in his first year. So, he started Realty ONE Group in 2005 with a 100%-commission model and an emphasis on innovation, disruption and fun. He’s won numerous awards and has been recognized for his innovative thinking and leadership. And, with a dynamic leadership team and leagues of committed followers, Realty ONE Group plans to open offices around the world, bettering communities and lives everywhere, leaving a legacy for generations.

Cami Pinsak

Cami brings a lifetime of Customer Service to Realty ONE Group Summit, its agents, and clientele. She prides herself on the quality of the transaction with each client as opposed to the quantity. Most of her clients are referrals or repeat customers. She has taken this recipe for success and transferred it over to her brokerage. Her agents are her clients and she prides herself on the quality of each agent.

An eye for details combined with time-tested communication skills enable her to coach and collaborate with her agents, cooperating agents, and all nature of clients. The guiding question is always, what is the right thing to do for the client?

In December 2016, Cami had the honor of being voted Broker/Manager of The Year for Ventura County Coastal Association of Realtors. She currently serves on the Association’s Board of Directors as First Vice-President. She also serves as a Director for the California Association of Realtors and serves on its Standard Forms Advisory, MLS & Land Use & Environmental committees. Born in Berlin, Germany, Cami moved to Northern California at age eight and moved to Ventura County in 1999. She has traveled the world and has enjoyed wonderful opportunities to meet folks from diverse walks of life.
